I partner with organisations and individuals to unlock leadership potential, embed inclusive strategies, and drive meaningful cultural change. As an experienced senior leader in the legal and regulatory sector, I understand the complexities of leading diverse teams and implementing strategies that create high-performing, psychologically safe workplaces.
My expertise spans leadership development, executive coaching, and DEI consultancy, helping businesses cultivate environments where all individuals—regardless of background, neurotype, or identity—can thrive. I specialise in working with organisations that recognize the value of inclusion but need practical, results-driven strategies to bring it to life.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a neurodivergent leader, and the first in my family to earn a university degree, I bring a deep, lived understanding of the challenges and opportunities within leadership and corporate culture. My approach is flexible, jargon-free, and tailored to the real-world needs of modern businesses, whatever your size and budget.

Creating a psychologically safe environment where people can be their authentic selves and flourish is my priority, and I’d argue should be for any organisation. This needs to be championed by senior executives that remove barriers, encourage personal growth and consider individual leadership as their No.1 priority. I firmly believe if you get leadership right then the possibilities are limitless, but if you get it wrong your possibilities are at best limited.
My commitment to fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE), matched with a strong set of values and clear boundaries drives my achievements. Whether I’m coaching someone one-to-one, leading a team, or working as a consultant, each action I take will reflect this.
While I strive to be a champion for all aspects of FREDIE I have a personal aspiration to be a visible LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent role model – if we can see it we can be it!
As of 1 May 2025, I am the Chief Executive Officer of the Cost Lawyers Standards Board (CLSB).
My other experience includes:
Law Society of Scotland - Executive Director of Member Services and Engagement
Confederation of British Industry - Elected Scotland Council member
Mills Rendall Associates - Coach and Facilitator
Bar Council of England and Wales - Director of Services
National Housing Federation - Business Support Manager
